Is there a way to prevent the hyperlink blue underline from also underlining the dots in the TOC? I think it would be better if only the text portion was underlined.
I noticed also that if I only use wptocCreateHyperlinkNumbers, the page number doesn't get underlined for some reason, yet it does have the hyperlink (this is not a problem, just an observation, as I think the blue underline on the page number might look weird... but for consistancy, it probably should have the underline).
