Scroll speed when using mouse to select text

    One of our customers complain that it is difficult to use the mouse to select text spanning more than one page (they probably also complain about read lights). The scroll speed is quite difficult to control, I agree that it scrolls quite fast, but I have never considered this a problem, nor an issue because I use shift and arrows to select.

    Any idea on how to slow down the scrolling?

    Hi,

    The workaround is to use the middle mouse button and Shift-Klick.

    You press the middle button and move down. This controls the scroll speed.

    When you are, where you want to be, press Shift+LeftMouse. This selectes the text from the start position until the current position.
