Is there any way I can read value in PDF fields that are like form. For example tax forms. I want to load pre filled PDF file and extract data from fields within.

Also I would like to read values from PDF that is not of Form type. Its like someone enter values in editable PDF tax form and then save/print as regular PDF. Now I want to read values from this pdf file.

The product WPViewPDF PLUS (not WPTools) has the ability to access form fields in PDFs. The demo exe shows that, it has a button in the toolbar which opens a panel with all the fields.
To read values from a regular PDF you need to know the area where you expect the data. This will only work on certain PDF files. You can contact support per e-mail and send a test PDF so this can be checked.
