Last empty paragraph after table

Hi,

How can I get rid of last empty paragraph after last table in the document?
I tried to delete this last paragraph, but it turns back.
Is there any control over this?
I don't need this last empty line when printing rtf via TppWPTRichText.

The paragraph is created by the create table action, but it is possible to delete it in program code.
