I have now found additional PDF files that fail to display with the MakeImage ImageEn plug-in.

This post on the ImageEn forum defines the problem as I initially discovered it with customer bills from Columbia Gas. I followed the recommended change to wpcubed_pdf_plugin.pas so it does report the errors now, but otherwise it is still unable to display the PDF files created by "OpenText Output Transformation Engine - 16.7.65".
Then I found a new set of PDF files that are created by Capital One Bank, using "OpenText Exstream Version 16.6.1 64-bit". These files all are displayed as blank pages. I have available 3 releases of your DLL files so I tried each version. (7/26/2017, 4/27/2018, 10/15/2021) The DLL files dated 7/26/2017 successfully display these PDF files but none of the versions that I have will display the Columbia Gas bills.
I am using these files:
wp_type1ttf.dll version 2.4.6.1 9/16/2011
wpcubed_pdf_plugin.pas <<latest version from ImageEn with modification suggested by their response to my forum question.
wpdecodejp.dll version 1.2.0.1 7/26/2017
wPDFViewMKIMG04.dll version 4.3.2.0 7/26/2017
When attempting to load the Capital One Bank PDFs, the following errors are reported.
Exception class EConvertError with message "/2' is not a valid integer value
Exception class EZDecompressionError with message 'data error'
It turns out the 4/27/2018 dll files do display the Capital Bank PDF files.
wp_type1ttf.dll version 2.4.6.1 9/16/2011
wpcubed_pdf_plugin.pas <<latest version from ImageEn with modification suggested by their response to my forum question.
wpdecodejp.dll version 1.2.0.14/27/2018
wPDFViewMKIMG04.dll version 4.5.2.5 4/27/2018
