Ok i understand but in you old version of wptools
[wpemLimitTextWidth,wpemLimitTextHeight] works fine

I use this functionality https://www.google.com/search?q=need+…keECKAB6BAgNECY in many projects
but now i can have the same thing.. Is there any other way to accompish this?
can this accompish with TextBox object ??
Thanks in advanced.
Hello again,
I download latest version with bug fix -AllowMultiView was not working.
I run again TextPath demo to see how
[wpemLimitTextWidth,wpemLimitTextHeight] works
but see the behavior when you have focus to last WPRichText4 control
when you reach the end of the control the cursor loses, you continue and you write without seeing what ...
it has a very strange behavior. normally in the last control it should stop writing and the cursor should not be lost.
Thanks in advanced..
In old version of WPTools 4 there were two events of TWPPrintEvent;
(Sender: TObject; prCanvas: TCanvas; x, y, w, h, PageNumber, LineNumber: Integer);
one for PrintHeader and one for PrintFooter
In version 9.1 which are the proper replacement events to use ??
Thanks in advanced.
Thank you very much.

Hello,
Is any way to Lock CurrAttr.indentleft ?
The problem is that when the user select all text
and then clears it, the CurrAttr.indentleft reset to default.
Thanks....
I download the latest version 6.13.3 and now works great under D2010
Thank you very much for your support.
Thank you very very very much.
I' will wait for this release.
Thanks for you response.
It's very difficult for me to change now at this time the way the source code works (big projects). In my code i use wptools like this way: "xcomponent.lines[nFor]".
So i suppose that this code in Delphi 2010 at least should
works as expected.
Thanks in advanced.
Any news about this problem?
Thanks in advanced.
"May answer was to not use WPRichText.Lines.Text. Lines.Text is not implemented by WPTools' code, it is implemented by the standard TStrings VCL code."
Hello,
I try this with Delphi 2010.
WPRichText.Lines.Text with non english characters returns wrong result.
Ok i understand that in Delphi 2007 Lines implemented by the standard TStrings and don't support unicode, but in delphi 2010 why is this happening?
As is can see WPRichText.Lines.Text calls ...ActiveText.Lines
where ActiveText.Lines is TWPRtfStrings so
i suppose (i don't have the source to see) WPRichText.Lines.Text do some wrong conversions?
Thank you very much
Hi,
I want to upgrade WPTools ver 6 Std to Wptools 6 Pro.
I follow this link:
Upgrade: WPTools Standard->WPTools PRO (Single Developer License Customers)
and i get this message
"Product does not exist! At least one of the requested products does not exist."
How can i upgrade?
Thanks in advance
Thanks for your answer
"I am thinking of adding a codepage property to Lines"
This will be great!!!
Hi,
Since wptools converts all characters with MultiByteToWideChar
i can't use WPRichText.Lines.Text or WPRichText.Lines[Index]
I must change all my application not to use WPRichText.Lines property
since i don't use English characters.
am i correct?
hi,
Any news about this problem?
Hi,
Sample code to test
WPRichText1.Memo._CodePage := 1253;
WPRichText1.Text := #916; --> ASCII 196
ShowMessage(WPRichText1.Lines.Text);
Try to run this code and you will see that:
"WPRichText1.Lines.Text"
returns back ASCII char 148 which is invalid.
So some invalid convert is happening into
WPRichText1.Lines.Text when you have non
English characters.
Thanks in advanced.
