Compiling a Delphi 5 application with Mike Lischke (public@lischke-online.de, http://www.lischke-online.de) <b>TThemeManager</b> component, the HorizontalRuler (and VerticalRuler too) in <b>WPTools 4.20</b> does not paint lines and number when application is runned in Windows XP.
The TThemeManager component is designed to support Windows XP Themes.
Is there some settings to do?

As I remember I had the same problems with D6 and the tool from Mike. Because the rulers are panel descendents you have to disable the themed drawing in the relevant component option.
D7 does not have this problem with theming and the ruler...p.s. I have posted a modification to Julian giving themed TWPValueEdit to enable this option you can modyfy
