What makes my cursor turn into a pointer at top and botton and a dash in between? This happens for no apparent reason. It is vertical triangle pointing up, dash underneath and a triangle pointing down, Also sometimes the cursor (wired) disappears and if I unplug the USB and reconnect it appears. I am using Windows 7 on a Dell laptop. Thanks.
