You get: - tagged PDFs when you also use WPTools 5 (PDF/A) - automatic image cloning (create smaller PDF files) - the unique possibility to embed binary data - CIDFonts (creates smaller PDF files, works better with single byte charsets such as russian, greek)
... and some additions to the GDI emulation such as the standard hatches (cross, diagonal), TransparentBitBlt, line joins and line ends.
The VCL part is the same as for version 2 - only a $define makes the difference. So it is easy to use the new or the old version depending on project.
