wPDF creates PDF files. It basically converts EMF data into PDF pages.
WPViewPDF renders PDF data. It also includes a method to extract metafiles for each page and also, new, a pdfMakeJPEG function.
This fucntion can be easily called to extract certain pages to JPEG files. It does not use a visual control which makes it possible to call it from VS C.
