We have found that a PDF produced by a Zerox WorkCentre 7245 will not merge or open in the viewer. The PDF says it is PDF 1.5 and fast web view is yes. Security settings are the same as other PDFs that work. Adobe Reader and Foxit both open it OK although Foxit says it is PDF 1.3. A demo version of Image Convertor Plus will also not open it.
Any ideas what the problem is?
