DblClick behavior after recent Windows update

In case you didn't upgrade to WPTools 8 yet

you can comment the code

or PeekMessage(Msg, Handle, WM_MOUSEMOVE, WM_MOUSEMOVE, PM_NOREMOVE)

in WPCtrMemo.pas to make the dblclick work as it did before the Windows update.
