Cannot open protected files. Error Cannot decrypt this file.

I'm sorry. I just checked the pdf had a 128 bit protection and not 256. I didn't know Acrobat 7 had changed the encryption method.

Thank you and sorry again.

Hi,

RC4 (Standard) encryption is supported. In 40 or 128 bit.
Please check which encryption is used by this PDF file.

Hello,

Am I the only one who cannot open password protected pdfs?
Is there something I must do? I have tried LoadPassword and OnNeedPassword but nothing happens.
Help please,

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I'm not able to load protected pdfs in the viewer. I always get 'Cannot decrypt this file' error.
I've tried LoadPassword property but it does nothing. The event OnNeedPassword is not fired.
I've tried to provide a password as I've read in a post, like:
WPViewPDF1->command(COMPDF_ClearPasswords);
WPViewPDF1->CommandStr(COMPDF_AddPassword, myPassword);
It doesn´t work.
I've even tried to load a protected pdf with the demo app provided but it does exactly the same.

What do I need to do in order to load a password protected pdf in the viewer?

Thanks in advance
