Center justified bullets have strange behavior

When adding center justified bullets to a document (don't ask me why someone would do this...), the bullets appear to work just fine before any text is added to that paragraph. As soon as the user types one letter, the bullet point jumps over to become left justified while the text remains in the center of the document. Furthermore, when adding a new paragraph below the just-entered bullet, the bullet stays in the center while the text appears close to the right margins of the document.

In case you have pro version please locate in unit WPRTEPaint the code

if numstr <then> 0) and
(lineData.par.AGetDefInherited(WPAT_Alignment, 0) = 2) then

and change to

if numstr <then> 0) and
(lineData.par.AGetDefInherited(WPAT_Alignment, 0) in [1,2]) then
