Just delete the "WinAPI."
But this should be inside of a $IFDEF DELPHIXE and *DELPHIXE*should not be defined for Delphi 7.

I want to update the last version avaiable of WPViewPDF on my Delphi 7 but appears an error: [Fatal Error] WPViewPDF_reg.pas(24): File not found: 'WinAPI.Windows.dcu';

The error occurs at this point:

uses  WPViewPDF3
 {$IFDEF WPVIEW4}
 , WinAPI.Windows

I try to install the same version of WPViewPDF on Delphi 12 Athens and it works fine. But all of my applications are compiled with Delphi 7, I can't migrate at the moment.

Is the current version compatible?
