Digital Signature

Hello

a) Does anyone have an example of "best practice" to incorporate an individuals signature image into a WPTools richtext document? If so what would be the best image format.

b) Does WPTools have the ability to actually capture a signature? If so, could you point me in the right direction.

a) we use a long binary field in a database table
b) not to my knowledge

Hi,

a) In my programs I used a image linked to a BMP file with a scanned signature. Esspecially when doing mailmerge this saves a lot of memory.

b) You need a TWAIN component. Although I find it now simpler to use a digital camera to capture a document.
