FEDPOL #83 - RTF document info not read correctly

If you load following RTF documents and look inside the RTFVariables stringlist then you will see that something went wrong, not all the information is there.

forgot to implement the fix for this,

in unit WPIOReadRTF look for

else if ch = Integer('*') then
...
currTag := FindKeyword;

and add this code:

if (currTag <> nil) and currTag.UseDefaultValue then
keyvalue := currTag.DefaultValue;

thats all.
