German nouns WPSpell problem (first letter)

Is there any way to mark (spell check) nouns in text which are not and they should begin with a capital letter in German language? It seems that GERMAN.DCT holds both words correct in example "haus"(incorrect) and "Haus" (correct).
We are using TWPRichText component.

I uploaded [](http://www.wpcubed.com/dct/GERMAN.ZIP) with a compile created from a wordlist today. A quick test today showed that "haus" and "Haus" are distinguished.
