Getting PCL XL error

Hi,
We just recently upgraded to WPTools5 and now are getting PCL XL error. It is quite inconsistent. Some page would print and then it will have the error. Sometimes it just gives the PCL error right away. We have been using the PrintHeader and PrintFooter events before and now switched to OnPaintWatermark for printing headers/footer. I’m not sure if this has any relation to the problem but so far document with headers/footers are the ones getting the error in printing.

Which printer is this? Did you try a different driver?

The printer is an HP LaserJet 2300 Series PCL 6 (60.51.501.32). The last driver file is HPC23256.GDP (6.20.2005).

Google says try using a different driver. Like PCL5 instead of 6, etc. . .
