How can I insert DocVariables in RTF editor like in MS Word

Merge variables can be updated easily.

I want to insert doc variables in textdynamic rtf editor, is there any way to add
fields/doc variables in rtf editor, I will pass the values for these doc variables from another application. so the values will be updated rtf editor when I change the values.
