In version 4 - you could set the HTML store options in Header.HTMLStoreOptions - how do I do this in V5?

Hi,
at present this is not there. The reason is that the load/store options have to reached their final stage yet. All the reader and writer have been entirely rewritten - even the logic is pretty new. So many of the options will be obsolte.
The HTML support will be further enhanced - I have anounced that in borland.3rdparty
