With version 5.18.6, in the header/footer, images inserted in a table are displayed 1 line too high. It's OK if the image is not in a table.
I used WPRichText.TextObjects.Insert(TWOPImageLogo);

Hi! Can you post here the entire code you use to make the header? I'm asking cause I'm trying to put the logo in header but I'm having problems.

Hi,
You can now download V5.18.8 which uses revised image heights in the header. There also was a problem wih paragraph dependent images an the height of the line. I also have checked your file - I cannot see any problem anymore. Deleting the mentioned tabs moves your 'dossier' line and the line break appears correctly.
