In Table Cursor navigation Hangs WPRichText

Hi Julian,

While processing a number of RTF files with Tables, i found that TWPRichText can load and render it, but when I tried to navigate from Bottom to top using the cursor (Up arrow key only) it seems to get stuck in TWPRTFDataCursor.MoveUpLine function

                else row := row.Cols[colnr];

            until (row = nil) or not (paprRowMerge in row.prop);

This occurs when I tried moving up from a merged cell. Try moving from bottom of the document to top and you should be able to replicate it.

must be changed to

if paprIsTable in row.prop then row := row.ParentRow.PrevPar else row := row.PrevPar;
