Lower table grid line is missing

If a table extends to next page, a bottom row lower tabe grid line is missing

Is there a way to duplicate that line on both pages how MS Word works?

The line is missing if a table does not define the lower border. That's the default to avoid double borders. However it is possible to assign borders to all sides of a cell.

And how to set this (lower+upper borders) by default?
I mean do not avoid duplication.

So, how to change the default settings for table borders?
