MailMerge RTF text and preserve settings from template

I want to merge in some RTF text where the user has the possibility to set bold, italic and underlined and also use the TAB key. But settings like the font are to be controlled by the template.
I use the mmIgnoreLoadedFonts and mmIgnoreLoadedFontSize in the OnMailMergeGetText of the TWPSuperMerge and the font is controlled by the template. The problem is that the TAB settings in the template only works on the first par (row) of the inserted text. How can this be solved? Example:

That		 this is an example.
That	this is also an example.
That	this is the last example.

You need mmIgnoreNewParAttr.

But this will not copy the tabs unless you make a change in the RTF engine, WPRTTEDefs (requires PRO version)
