Merge and assign multiple lines, in table

What is the best way to assign a multi-line text to the TWPMMInsertTextContents in OnMailMergeGetText?

I am using something like this in OnMailMergeGetText:

Contents.StringValue := 'John Smith'#10'123 Penny Lane'#10'Tulsa OK 73034'

This works well, and picks up the attributes of the merge field. The only problem is when the merge field is right-aligned and is inside of a table cell. Then the right edges of the result are not lined up, and sometimes are quite uneven.
