page numbers too large

I am using TDBWPRichEdit to generate a letter from an application. All is working well except the page numbers are printing in a font size twice as large as other letter text.

Can someone point me to where / how I would set the font size for the page numbers?

Thanks.

Hi,

Page numbers are usually printed in a header or footer text. There You can assign a fontsize to the pagenumber textobject.

I have not seen the effect that the textobjects do not recognize the selected font height.

Thanks Julian.

Here's what I tried but it did not change the font size.

edtLetter.HeaderFooter.DefaultAttr.SetFontSize(10);

where edtLetter is the TDBWPRichText object.

Additional info: I added the page number to the document using the following:

edtLetter.InputTextField(wpoPageNumber);

Thanks again for your assistance.

Found it!: MyRTFDoc.HeaderFooter.DefaultAttr.SetFontSize(13);

That sets the font size for both the header and footer. For future reference, how would I set the attributes for the header and footer separately?

Hi,

If you modify MyRTFDoc.WritingAttr - it changes the attributes of the text which is inserted. So if you change it, only the new text will be affected. So you can have different fonts in header and footer (or body).
