PDF/A convert to PDF

if I wanted to convert a PDF file to PDF / A, I think that the fonts must be embedded in PDF.

How can I do ?

Basically that would just eliminate the PDF/A marker.

Right now WPViewPDF does not do that - I think of an addition.
