PDF annotations & Stamp

Sorry, the office was closed for 3 weeks.

WPViewPDF PLUS can add a stamp (JPEG and some text in standard font).

It cannot check for electronic signatures though.

Hi,

We are a small company who develop desktop applications.

We are looking for a tool to do these tasks:

• Open a pdf document
• Determine if the document is locked for modifications (electronic signatures and locked)
• If it is no locked:
• Add a small picture/stamp to it and a few lines of text.
• Much better if possible to determine position, size, color, font, etc. of this added elements.

Everything from inside our own applications; using activex or a DLL or API/REST or something similar.
