I am looking for the WpTools to use as simple wysiwyg html editor.
I already found how to load a html page and loading a css file.
And found out how to save the html code to disk again without the css file.
However, although I understand why wpTools is inserting the <span ... codes, I do not need them in the final html code.
Is there an easy way to save the html code without the inserted <span ... code ?
Thanks, Erik

Hi,
there are some options for the HTML writer. The full power You will only have in the full version since YOu can then also customize the writer (WPIOHTML)
When saving HTML without SPAN or FONT You can use the format string
"HTML-DontWriteFontParams"
for example in AsANSIString()
Kind Regards,
Julian

This code:
wprt1.ParStyles.ClearStyles();
wprt1.SaveToFile(fn, False, 'HTML-DontWriteFontParams' );
Does not work. Span is still saved ..
Found this on your web site: is this still up-to-date ?
