PrinterName in PrintParameter

Hi Julian,

What about a new property "PrinterName" in PrintParameter or new
paramter in print method

setting this property (parameter) can do some work for us:

1. keep in mind current printer
2. setting new printer
3. after print switch to printer in mind

.....

No, I don't want that WPTools takes over the control over Printer.PrinterIndex.
