Problem SaveToFile in WPTools 6.11

I'm using SaveToFile method to save text files.
I upgraded to version 6.11, and SaveToFile have a problem.
I saved the word ressonância, and I load resson穗cia.
I use Windows XP and Delphi 7.

Any idea?
Do you have a link to download previous versions?

}

Do YOu have an example? Does it happen under Delphi 2009 or 2010?
