TWPRichText LoadFromFile loading HTML with wrong imgsrc

We're using LoadFromFile in a TWPRichText with an HTML file. It contains images in it. The problem we are having is that its looking for the Image in the current folder first, before looking where the HTML file is located. How can we force it to look at the folder where the html file is located rather than the current folder?

the html source is like this <img src="images/image1.JPG" border="0" style="height:0.62in"/>
