I'd like to know how to do Index at the TWRRichTExt and to do booklet at the TWPRich Text?

And booklet? You mean booklet printing. Please see the TWPSuperPrint component. It has a feature to print several pages on one physical page. You can also use the PrintPageOnCanvas method to do this in your own code.

The example above generated automatically for the component or function, and create one link for the page

This is exactly what CreateTableOfContents does. I suggest to check out this method in WPCtrMemo.pas. I assume the pascal code will be clearer to understand than anything I can put in words here.
