Q:When I bring up a page properties dialog box, the units are in
centimeters, and there doesn't appear to be any way to change that.

A:If you click right in any of the 'value edits' you will see a popup menu to select the units.

To set the initial units modify the global variable GlobalValueUnit, for example GlobalValueUnit := euInch;
