Sorry, currently that is not possible.
The pdf-workbench does not have a HWND handle and therefor does not get the error messages.
A more complete workbench interface is planned for the future.

Using calls like wpview_pdfWorkbenchLoadFromStream and wpview_pdfWorkbenchSaveToStream is there a way to get the failure messages if the call returns false?
If I pass that call an encrypted pdf but don’t supply the password I can see an exception that has a descriptive message if I have a debugger attached but how can I let the user know that message?
