In the manual it states that "If first character is the @ sign, the complete text will be handled as formula.". I would like to use this but how do I write the formula, e.g. in Word.

Hi,
It does not formulas as in word. It uses the "Eval" engine which is quite simple. Also - ONLY the reporter uses this, not the regular mail merge.
I intend to implement some better formulas in V6 - mainly table calculation.
