WPToolsRTFToansi has a different behavior then in the versions before.
Passing a string like '1925' to it returned exactly this string in the versions before 7, but now an empty string is returned.
We think, the initialization of hidden is missing.

You are right, thank, right after NeedSpace there must be Hidden := false; But it was not there before either. This usually did not cause a problem since frequent \pard in RTF will set Hidden to false usually.
And not initialized variables may be initialized by Chance and this May Change from Build to build.
Yes, this is correct. The bug was in there for the past years but actually did not show up usually. It makes a huge difference if non-RTF is passed to that function since RTF (usually) includes tags which initialized that variable anyway.
