WPForm demo compile time error - missing file 'WPRTEdit.dcu'

When I try to compile Delphi samples in tutorial section I get error
'wpfrtf.pas(144) File not found WPRTEdit.dcu'. D7 directory of WPForm contains only file 'WPRTEdit.dfm'.

I use the demo from https://www.wpcubed.com/ftp/WPFormDemo567.zip
and I am Delphi 7 user.
