Using footer with wprNotOnFirstPage

Hello,

When I am creating a report which contains footer wprNotOnFirstPage, the footer doesn't appear on the report if using IgnorePageHeight = True.

But using IgnorePageHeight = False create a problem with empty pages as reported earlier.

Do you have any solution for this problem?
