Empty paragraph is added before a new table is created

Hi, all

In v4.20 everytime I add a table, an empty paragraph is added BEFORE the new recent table. :shock:

In v4.11d this problem wasn't present. :(

You can see this problem easyly in wpdemo.zip.

The problem is that all routines that I had build for copying tables were damaged because of this EMPTYY Paragraph added before. :-x

I know it's easy to delete this empty paragraph, but this cause and overhead and when an update arrives the change must be undone, so I hope an elegant solution will be provided.
