In WPIOReadRTF you find the line

{$DEFINE FIX_FAULTY_TRRH}

If you remove that line it will work.

The code restricts the maximum rowheight to 2 inch - I will increase this to 12 inch. I saw serveral RTF files written by other RTF writers with nonsense values for this property.
