Is this possible programmatically to add two independent tables, so vertically they be on same level with first table aligned to the left and second one to the right.

Hi,
something like this must be constructed as one table. Since table borders can be hidden for the conecting lines, you can get the display as in the image. But that will be just one table.

Can I create 1 row x 2 columns table with invisible borders and insert into every cell a separate table? -

Yes, nested tables are allowed. But better use WPT format to save and load.
