I have a set of PDF's that used wingdings arrows in place of bullets. When the document is loaded into WPViewPDF, the horizontal (right) pointing arrows are converted to a downward pointing arrow of a different font.
This causes potential problems as the documents are used by doctors and their patients and could result in misinterpretation of the document content which could have medical implications.
If the substitute had the same orientation as the original, i.e. right pointing wingding arrow --> right pointing substitute arrow, this might not be problematic. Obviously the best answer would be an exact match with no substitutions.
