Voice input vs Handwriting input and IMEINPUT switch

Using the Windows default TabTip keyboard... With the IMEINPUT compilation switch enabled, voice input works but handwriting recognition input does not. With IMEINPUT switch off, both work but you lose the IME input ability (I assume). How to get all three to work?

There is some complicated code in place to detect multy character emojies.

That can be disabled in 9.3 by disabling the $DEFINE DIRECT_IME. Hopefully this solves your issue.
