WpTool to rtf

What is the most reliable way of passing a WPTools text to a richedit delphi control?
For example copying and pasting from WPTools to Notepad behaves differently on different systems if there are tables in the text. As I understand it Notepad uses the same dll as the richedit control.

Thank you for your answer.
I made a mistake. I meant WordPad not NotePad. I don't think NotePad can handle tables etc. I think WordPad is depends on the MS richedit dll.
