No buttons displayed in the Print Preview dialog

WPtools 5.58.1

When we display the built-in Print Preview dialog, the buttons in the top button bar do not show any labels or images, so it looks like the button bar has no buttons on it. When you hover the mouse over it, the outline of the buttons appear.

Using Windows XP. Delphi 2007.

My version of WPPrvFrm.dfm seems to be missing the Bitmap section of the Imagelists. Your reply had most of the bitmap listed but got cut off at the end.

Would it be possible to email me the .DFM file ?

That fixed it. The buttons now show up on the tool bar.
