E-mail support problems

    I tried to e-mail the project in a zip file and received the same error:

    The original message was received at Sun, 12 Dec 2004 10:30:22 -0500

    ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
    <support@wptools.de>

    ----- Transcript of session follows -----
    554 permanent problems with the remote server mailin.webmailer.de

    Hi,

    I don't know whats the problem could be. The e-mail usually is very reliable.

    You can alternatively mail to support (at) wptools com - this goes
    through a different mail server.

    I assume your file was less than 10MB ?
